2. Order

2.3 If the item you ordered has been sold out, we will contact you and cancel the order.
2.4 We will send your goods according to the address you provide. If the address you provide is incorrect or incomplete, we will not be able to send the goods. Please confirm whether the address is correct and complete in advance.
3. Payment

Our company is an Entrupy-certified merchant and can provide related fee-based appraisal certificate services. After completing the appraisal, customers can obtain an entrupy certificate. Each certificate has an independent link and can be queried on the Entrupy website.
Our company only accepts the appraisal reports and results from Entrupy (or similar international appraisal companies such as Legitgrails) or the brand holder. If there is any discrepancy, the results will be subject to the decision of the brand holder. The results of any third-party personal appraisal are not acceptable. as grounds for return or refund.
